- Job Details:Personnel: Receiving new employees' papers and signing all the hiring documents including contract, social insurance form no.1,bank account application & medical care coverage form. Handle Social Insurance and Labor Office inspector visits and provide them with the needed.. Oversee and handling the personnel activities including contract renewals,probationary periods,terminations. Implementing an archiving system for all human resources department documents. Maintain all employees' data and files are updated and complied with the labor law requirements. Establish a comprehensive detailed database for all employees and apply coding system. Ensure that the hiring documents are similar to the labor law and job requirements as per the jobcategory. Transportation Coordination. Conducting safety inspections. Maintaining accident records. Register daily effects(Vacations-Permits- -Penalties...). Help employees to understand their pay slips and any changes that may occur. Control attendance effects(Leaves-Absence-penalties.....etc.,) to make sure that all closed before the payroll processing. Review final settlement and clearance form for all leavers and make sure that all data are accurate and matching with supported documents and signed Recruiting staff,which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms,shortlisting,interviewing, and selecting candidates Prepare Offer Letters for accepted candidates according to the salaryscale and obtain the required approvals.
