• Job Details:Managing Import and Export Operations Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws. Handle the preparation and submission of necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin, invoices). Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Compliance and Legal Adherence Stay updated on trade laws, tariffs, and quotas. Liaise with government agencies for permits, licenses, and other requirements. Implement procedures to ensure adherence to regulations. • Communication and Coordination Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party service providers. Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and internal departments such as logistics, finance, and procurement. Negotiate shipping terms and costs. • Cost Management Monitor and control costs related to transportation, duties, and taxes. Identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain. • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Address issues such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in documentation. Work proactively to resolve disputes with customs or shipping companies. • Reporting and Analysis Generate reports on import/export activities. Analyze data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Sustainability Reporting Support sustainability goals by documenting the environmental impact of recycled PET imports and exports. Ensure compliance with global recycling and sustainability certifications.

• Job Details:Communicating with purchasing department for import activity, and following up daily operations with service providers. • Managed and coordinated the import of raw materials, including polypropylene and polyethylene, from global industry leaders such as SABIC, Borouge, LyondellBasell, INEOS . • Oversaw the import of production lines and spare parts from leading equipment manufacturers, including Erema, Sorema and Starlinger, ensuring uninterrupted production operations. • Following up with Services providers (truck contractors, Shipping line, freight forwarders agent). • Issuing ACID numbers for shipments Through NAFEZA. • Working with more than one import system (Final Import - Drawback - Temporary Release) in addition to understanding the standards for importing from the free zone. • Reviewing clearance and transportation invoices and settling them with clearance and transportation companies in coordination with the accounts department • Reporting all the operation of importation to the management.
