• Job Details:Managing the supply and consumption for medical and non-medical section.  follow up the consumption Minimum and maximum storage execute adaptive strategy for COVID 19 Pandemic crisis with keeping the safety stock according to the department needs and create or receive the Purchasing Requisition to go on the purchasing process to Issue the purchasing Order.  Managing the supplier deals, contract, evaluation and prepare Delivery based on the terms and conditions.  Coordinate with Departments to follow up the action plan to execute the best total cost of ownership.  Ensuring the integrity of import and export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices, packing lists, and all clearance documentations for Trucing, air and sea shipments globally  Receiving the required materials and generating purchase orders and Assisting the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required.  Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient. Also, ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.  Negotiate with suppliers, prepare the contract terms and condition, plan for best shipping cost.  Coordinating with other departments regarding purchasing goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.  put Action plan for logistics Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery.  Develop business by gaining new contracts. analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
