• Job Details:Prepare weekly and monthly costing reports for production, consumption, and inventory. Monthly production and inventory audits. Handle basic accounting roles like managing accounts payable and receivable. Create weekly and monthly budget forecasts for raw material purchases. Open and manage letters of credit for raw material. Oversaw the import procurement process, including supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and logistics follow-ups. Prepare monthly sales & dispatch reports. Process payroll and prepare salary statements. Manage petty cash and company’s bank transactions.
