• Job Details:• Manage and coordinate procurement activity in the local office and other offices across Caspian Region • Setup of a procurement organisation for Statoil Kazakhstan office • Approve contract templates aligned with Statoil policies and Kazakhstan legislation • Implementation and coordinating “Purchase to Pay” process, training personnel in the new office • To support to Statoil Russia procurement department • Risk Management, Contract Management and Service Management • Tender and bidding process management, Integrity Due Diligence assessment and verification • Internal Procurement & Logistics monitoring and compliance control • Participation in annual inventory audits and partners’ audits organised by BP • As a regional procurement manager participation all internal, external, international, partners, JV, POA meetings. • Asset Management Procurement. Coordinate Partner Operated Assets procurement approval process for all categories : Operation, GWO, Reservoir Development, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management, other • Monitoring of all commercial activities with POA procurement supply chain management, contractors and suppliers. Commercial activities to include contract and procurement administration (new contracts, contracts extensions, variations orders and claims, etc.) • Maintain risk and mitigation processes on the SCM activities in the POA, follow up benchmarking, bidding, tender process, cost, HSE, ACDD, etc. and identify challenging areas • To act as single point of contact for external all suppliers and contractors in the country level • Coordinate Procurement and Logistics process in Statoil offices in the Caspian region. • Drafting and concluding Joint Venture agreement for the local, international offices and coordinating with relevant departments • Ensuring all contractors follow compliance, anti-corruption and HSE producers • Internal P&L monitoring and compliance control, manage internal and external audits. • Directly and independently respond and provide support to Supply Chain process in the regional offices
