• Job Details:• Responsible for the overall coordination, planning, implementation, and administration of Information Technology services, training of technical staff in use new software and hardware developed or acquired • Administer, Manage, Configure and Troubleshoot INSTA (HIS) Linux Servers/Service running in a 24x7. • Maintain network servers such as AVAYA server; file servers, Domain “AD” and CCTV Server. • Planning, performing and communicating proactive actions needed to keep systems available in maintenance windows. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. • Monitoring servers, computer systems and networks, and reviewing system logs. • providing efficient support with the use of administrative panels such as WHM/CPANEL.

• Job Details:• Responsible for the overall coordination, planning, implementation, and administration of Information Technology services, training of technical staff in use new software and hardware developed or acquired • Identified system performance issues and drove the development of tools to correct them, performed multilevel troubleshooting in liaison with outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations. • Manage the delivery of high quality technical/software solutions for school projects, new system development and system integration, on time and within set budget. • Monitored and tuned appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance, managed users Active Directory accounts and Exchange Mailboxes in addition overseeing appropriate level software installations. • Install and manage all IT infrastructure for implementation, configuration & growing. • Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD and CCTV Server. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. • Systems administration like PASS, ESIS, Tarasol Systems.

NIX System EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Dukki, Giza Governorate, Egypt • Install, Manage, Configure and Troubleshoot Linux Servers/Services (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, FTP, PROXY, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, NTP, and Firewalld). • Analyse and resolve problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software. • Monitor systems performance and ensure compliance with security standards • Verifying the integrity and availability of hardware server resources • Configure local storage using partitions and logical volumes • Create and configure file systems and file system attributes, such as permissions, encryption, access control lists, and network file systems • Manage security, including basic firewall and SELinux configuration • Administer Linux workstations/servers running in a 24x7 environment. • Design strategy for taking backups from critical positions regularly and automatically. • Providing technical and functional support to the local web administrators for adding or modifying the web contents. • Ensure to use the preproduction environment for testing activities before launching a new service. • WHMCS direct email communication, with clients, providing efficient support with customers like Orange. • Experience with the use of administrative panels for hosting systems, such as WHM/cPanel. • Responsibility for ensuring the availability, performance and security of supported services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
