Job Responsibilities:  Coordinating all the Secretarial Work (internal – external).  Arranging Programs, Events, or Conferences by issuing Information or Invitations, and coordinating Invitees through all Departments.  Directing preparation of records such as Agenda, Notices, Data Show and Minutes for Meetings by collecting Data from all Departments Managers and Key Persons.  Preparing, Coordinating, and filing all the Director’s Documents and Records receiving from all Departments Managers.  Participating in arranging the monthly Production Plan and coordinating it according to the demanded Target.  Connecting with all Departments daily to arrange and prepare database and spreadsheet files such as: *The Employees Overtime Reports and extra working hours. *Follow up Production flow Process and Working hours for each Machine. *Following up the Ware House Dept. daily Workflow and its Stock, Material Shortage, Quarantine and Dispensing. *Follow up Supply the monthly Plan. *Follow up Supply Relocation through Logistics & Purchasing Dept. *Coordination reporting for monthly Supply Chain which following up and calculating the Throughput time for each Batch and Product from Dispensing Process till F.G. A.
