- Job Details:• Regular improvement of the HR programs, Policies and Procedures associated with meeting the strategic and the operational issues in compliance with the local labor laws and regulations “Levant, Gulf and Europe” • Identify, along with the function managers, the human resources needs and the supply sources whether internally or externally as per the company policy and the resources available. • Ensure the availability of an approved Headcount budget for all department to work accordingly. • Ensure the availability of the approved succession and promotion plans to work accordingly. • Ensure the availability of updated job descriptions and specifications for all jobs • Ensure that we have the best external recruitment channels to attract the best caliber. • Working on enriching the recruitment database with the best caliber for all available or expected vacancies. • Ensure that both the internal and external Recruitment and Selection process are up to the best practices. • Ensure that all relative parties involved in the selection process are well trained and up to the standard for objectives selection • Ensure that the new employees receive a well-planned orientation process for new employees joining the company • Manage the training and development for all employees according to their TNA plan and the KPIs required for each employee in the Job Profiles. • Prepare an annual training plan and ensure its completion according to the schedule and the Training Budget. • Ensure that the compensation structure of the company is matching the market structure to enable the company to attract high caliber and retain good performers. • Ensure the optimization, efficiency and accuracy of the payroll process and work flow. • Ensure the PMS is effective, well implemented and achieves its results as per the company set goals and objectives. • Regular monitoring of the Performance Management Process and implementation and conducting review meetings for issues and complaints. • Follow up on any legal cases with the company lawyers • Handle grievances and solve employees’ problems with minimum losses. • Ensure the completion and submission of all relative HR and Administration report on a regular basis to the management including all HR activities progress and issues. • HR reports including basically turnover, absence and overtime reports. • Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey report annually. • Managing the HR team reporting to the HR Manager to ensure their completion of the set goals and objectives and that they meet the required performance standards.
