    • Job Details: Sharing in creating the required strategies for the organization, make sure policies and programs comply with labor laws and regulations.  Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.  Creating a loyalty retention plan to retain the high calibers staff to feel employees more engaged and more motivated to succeed, and reduce turnover.  Plan and monitor workforce and control budget.  Build a company culture that is in line with the organization’s values and objectives.  Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.  Ensure a smooth onboarding process and manage additional training with the employee’s supervisor and the training manager.  Responsible to facilitate and moderate the employee-employer relationship in order to make sure that the company’s leadership is able to effectively communicate goals and requirements.  Recognize employees’ talent and potential to help employees develop their skills.  Clarify goals and objectives both long and short-term ones . Track and analyze employee performance and able to provide feedback and guidance to the employee.  Ensure that employees have good conditions to perform well, be creative, and work towards achieving the company’s objectives.  Create and implement ongoing evaluation framework and be able to interpret performance trends correctly, conduct KPI’s and competencies model.  Manage and oversee promotions and the distribution of bonuses, in coordination with team and department managers.  Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.  Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management.  Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the HR department, plan and develop new strategies, oversee staff benefits, and more.  Overseeing and managing employees’ benefits and compensation to creating a comprehensive benefits program and salary surveys process.  Create learning and development programs and evaluate training programs.  Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, exit interviews and investigations.  Make sure, in coordination with the IT department, that we are able to provide the necessary infrastructure to new and existing employees, both in terms of hardware and software.
