• Job Details: Working in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies within Sitecore Projects.  Coaching and mentoring the QE teams in the projects that I’m assigned in.  Initiate test planning activities with breaking down tasks and delegate them among the team according to their abilities.  Make decisions and guide the team through the problem-solving process.  Bridge any gaps between the QE, Dev teams and management to form a clean two-way interface channel.  Apply impact analysis to any new requirements and fill in gaps for any missing business scenarios and adapt to change.  Encourage the team to hold review meetings with BA/PM and peer review to ensure that all the comments are incorporated and no major testing scenarios are missed.  Creating all testing deliverables (Test Strategy- Test Plan- Release Notes - Test Report).  Ensure that all testing activities are done on time and raise flags in case of any delays or risks if found.  Participate in all testing activities (Requirements Review- Test Case Creation/Execution- Smoke, System, Integration, Usability, Regression, API, Performance, Security, and UAT Testing).  Ensure that the created test cases and reported issues are clear and in detail to be understood for anyone.  A business reference, process reference and eye for details to the whole team.  Provide support for the whole team (including development).  Responsible for running the projects’ Demo directly with the client.  Working in Abu Dhabi Onsite directly with the client in all projects below that related to this emirate.  During my existing in Abu Dhabi, Leading the QE Onsite, Offshore and Client Teams at the same time.

Senior Test EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Working in Agile Methodology.  Analyze and review all the project documents and understand what needs to be tested and how to be tested.  Responsible for creating, updating and reviewing test cases.  Create HLS, test plan and manage user stories status.  Execute all the test cases, report defects, and define severity and priority for each defect.  Task distribution, delegation and follow up for new team members (act as a lead most of the time).  Ensuring that all defects entered by the team are clear with required attachments.  Updating project managers regularly about the progress of testing activities.  Prepare the status report of testing activities.
