• Job Details:1- Technical responsibilities : - Responsible of QNB International Branches Network Support As following: 1- Configuring, monitoring & troubleshooting network infrastructure in QNB international branches: a) Cisco Switch Catalyst [2960 - 3560 - 3750 - 4500 - 4900 – 6500 – Nexus 7K]. b) Cisco Routers Series [800 - 1800 - 1900 - 2800 - 2900 - 3800 - 3900 - 7600 – ASR]. c) Cisco ASA 5500 Series & Cisco PIX Firewall. d) Juniper & Palo Alto Firewalls. e) Configure, Monitor & Fine Tuning of Blue Coat Proxy SG [WAN Optimizer, Accelerator & Byte Cashing ] models MACH5 [ 600-35 - 900-10 ] f) Installation & Implementation of Citrix Net Scalar Load Balancer. g) Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Video Conference systems [ Polycom & Hawaii ] 2- Site Visits to implement new branches infrastructure as: a) Prepare network diagrams, hardware requirements & receive Quotations from the vendors. b) Evaluate ISPs, Vendors proposals & review SLAs. c) Configure & test branch network equipments [Switches -Routers -Firewalls] d) Monitoring new branches performance to fix any unexpected problems 3- Design, prepare, implement & annually test all International Branches Disaster Recovery Sites in QNB Overseas branches like [Sudan, Kuwait, France, Mauritania, Lebanon, Singapore, UK, Yemen, South Sudan, China, India, Syria, and Oman]. 2- Management responsibility: a) Prepare RFPs, receive, review & evaluate infrastructure proposals & arrange for budget approvals. b) Review SLAs with all ISPs & partners to apply it once need it. c) Insure all documentations to be updated all the time & after each & every change. d) Recover Audit points raised by internal or external audit assessment. e) Technically manage all IT Coordinators in QNB international branches. 3- Projects management : - Act as project manager in the below projects : d) Integration between QNB HO PBX & QNB Int’l Branches PBXs. e) Int’l Branches Call Forwarding to QNB HO Call Centre. f) Implementation of Network Infrastructure in QNB Kesawan [Indonesia] DCO, DR & 50 Branches.
