• Job Details: Overseeing & directing the Financial, Accounting, Internal Control and Costing functions of the company.  Preparing, implementing and controlling a comprehensive financial documents cycle, to ensure professional implementation of the company's financial policy.  Developing and controlling the financial and non financial procedures and the structure that supports the business operation.  Manageing the cash flow, liquidity planning and Investments (Cash Management).  Working across the business units to identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and increasing ROI & cost saving.  Preparing, monitoring and controlling the budgeting and forecasting of the company.  Providing accurate & timely financial reports on business results and activities.  Controlling the Net Working Capital (NWC) ie.A/R, A/P,Invent.,…etc.  Managing and controlling the financial revenues and expenditures.  Preparing Financial Analysis / Cost Centers.  Overseeing the general accounting and financial monthly & yearly closing.  Keeping strong banking relationships with several banks for facilities, loans and financial transactions.  Controlling the inventory, and fixed assets modules.  Working experience on Automated Accounting Software (ERP/ Oracle/ Microsoft Dynamics 365).  Participating in Business Planing, Risks& Opportunities / SWOT Analysis.  Preparing the monthly & quarterly group reporting package (DataMan) for consolidation purposes.  Dealing with different types of taxes.  Leading the financial team to further development and enhance their capablities.
