PMC Senior Quality Specialist (ISSIP2 Project)Full Time

• Job Details:1- Develop an ASDP for construction management activities. 2- Follow up and monitor all construction activities (including time schedules) 3- Perform periodic inspection of all construction sites through monthly site visits which included ( but not limited) to the following : a) Status of work permits log and reports of inspections b) Project progress % calculation and project progress photos record c) Safety Logs d) Detailed notes and description as – built field changes and RFIs e) Technical submittals and shop drawings as well as as-built drawings for completed works f) V.O submission and approval process in conjunction of Procurement specialist g) Payments process and project cash flow in conjunction of financial specialist h) Material inspection & Material delivery process i) Social complaint log j) Meeting notes k) CSC(Construction Supervision Consultant )&RSU(Rural Sanitation Unit )QA/QC documentation l) Project QA/QC documentation m) RSU & CSC QA/QC Meetings n) Accuracy of ongoing and completed work with respect to approved construction methods o) Issue logs and CAPs p) Training courses' for RSU Members in conjunction of capacity building specialist q) Follow up (APP) measures in conjunction of safety officer r) Provide technical assistance as required to RSU (staff in construction activity inspection. s) Monitor quality control measures 4- Alert the Client, on a timely fashion, with any delay in work progress along with recommended actions and/or measures to be adopted by the Client; 5- Manage and assess performance and achievements of all contractors, CSCs in accordance to its contract's terms & conditions and prepare an assessment report along with recommendation, 6- Review, revise and enhance the Project Management Procedures 7- Review and validate all services provided and/or deliverables & reports Submitted by the Project's CSCs for the Client's action; 8- Prepare and submit, in accordance to industry best practice, Quality Management Procedures manual for Client's approval; 9- Prepare period executive reports 10- Develop, maintain and update (on a monthly basis) a master construction program schedule 11- Follow up and facilitate the implementing all action(s) and decisions agreed upon among all project's stakeholders during the Project Steering Committee meeting(s) on a timely fashion.
