• Job Details:- Review warranty cases criteria required by OEM under self-authorization as warranty policy. - Submit Technical approvals, Quality reports , Pre-approval , DID-Is, and Goodwill cases - Prepare monthly settlements , coordinating with the finance department ,Oversee the proper payment of rejected , returned warranty claims in alignment with warranty policies - Manage a monthly Action Plans for recalls and service campaigns , ensuring alignment with timelines. - Handle and Resolve customer service problems and CPA related to warranties - Collaborate with customer service, quality assurance, and product development teams on identifying and resolving recurring issues
