• Job Details:Digitech is a CTC group company. It is the leading retailer of consumer electronics and household appliances، it represents some of the leading global brands in Sudan : such as LG, Tefal, Moulinex, Ocean, KDK as well as DIGI it's private label. Responsibilities: -Manage and supervise website operations and development. -Establish and execute comprehensive online marketing and development plans. -Create and supervise online loyalty programs and B2B projects. -Follow up closely with web developers on website design updates and developments. -Responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities. -Ensure smooth customer experience. -Supervise the process of online orders and payments. -Actively troubleshoot problems (conversion, traffic, awareness) and develops strategies to resolve roadblocks. -Supervise maintaining conversation with customer, sales enquiries, aftersales service via all channels (live chat, email, social platforms). -Ensure product listing information are consistent all across the online e-commerce store. -Work with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets. -Track and monitor performance with creative approaches to optimising ROI and user acquisition costs -Actively involved with social media to drive the eCommerce strategy -Run surveys and analyze performance, accordingly set action plans. -Utilize social media to drive the eCommerce strategy.
