Prepare detailed engineering reports, maintenance logs, compliance checklists, and as-built drawings for project handover & regulatory compliance. Optimize manpower and material allocation, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality engineering standards. Lead, mentor, and train field technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary technical knowledge and safety protocols. Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing concerns, resolving system malfunctions, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
