• Job Details:A Part time Job including the below responsibilities: Have a good awareness of social media. Good customer service skills and communication skills both orally and written as a lot of work was done via email or online. Dealing with cases and and complaints of the fans. Protect the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers. Take the lead on the comments made and produce FAQs and update it regularly Full responsibility of the accounts and how information is handled and gathered. Taking part in daily/weekly meetings to ensure all departments have the latest communications.
