• Job Details:- Prepare procurement plan for receiving and tracking of assigned categories to optimize quality, cost, and timely delivery criteria - Oversee the procurement process for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify new suppliers - Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and translate them into procurement requirements - Identify and mitigate procurement risks associated with projects - Manage and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities - Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring quality - Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and cost fluctuations - Delegate tasks and oversee the performance of the team - Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the procurement department - Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the purchased materials meet all necessary quality metrics - Value engineering and evaluating alternative materials, processes, or designs to reduce costs while maintaining quality - Oversee the entire ordering process, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

• Job Details:- Evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment - Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues - Identify and qualify potential suppliers based on project requirements - Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible pricing, terms, and delivery time - Develop, negotiate, and finalize procurement contracts - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures - Manage and resolve contractual issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments - Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Oversee the procurement process from initial request to final delivery and invoice approval - Administer supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals

Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets. - Coordinate with the various Project Managers to identify projects services and requirements (including material, equipment, services, etc,) - Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product. - Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices. - Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. - Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements. - Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data. - Produce and maintain month end cost-to-date and forecast final costs in order to accurately report the project cost status. - Control and monitor subcontractor variations, payment applications, back charges, etc. in order to maintain an accurate financial status of their accounts.
