• Job Details:• Develop strategic policies and programs • Marketing and handling corporate travel • Handle and oversee inbound&outbound travel arrangements and bookings • Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and B2B system • Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers • Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations, etc. • Communication with Corporate clients or Travel Agencies • Sales capabilities creating sales plans • Tailoring, Quoting, and Handling worldwide outgoing packages (accommodation, aviation, visa, tours... etc.) • Contract new essential Travel Suppliers and Products • Develop Internal and External tours and Schemes • Arranging Tailor-Made/ Fixed, Dynamic Inbound &Outbound Packages. • Ability to use the website and upload Packages for B2B online systems End customer • Participate in Planning and launching different products through online channels • Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs • Handle all the domestic groups & individuals • Global hotel reservations
