• Job Details:• Administration tasks assigned by the Department head. • Manage and follow up IT Team and giving them guidance for maintaining and operating all IT Equipment’s. • Install, configure, maintain Windows server 2012, 2016 and other manage System infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Group policy, File Server). • Administrate VMware and NAS storage • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, and software applications. • Develop new strategies and procedures to increase overall IT efficiency to support the best workflow system. • Supervise and provide end-user services, including help desk and technical support services. • Utilize IT tools to remotely install and configure computer operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks in order to ensure user satisfaction and to decrease any downtime may affect the users. • Troubleshoot and solve problems for all technologies, IT systems and hardware. • Scheduling and performing Software updates and upgrades. • Walk NU members through the problem-solving process • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
