• Job Details:• Coordinate with the estimation team in preparation of tenders . • Review the compatibility of tender documents (drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities). • Cost Estimation for Architecture & Civil Items & Indirect cost . • Cost breakdown for Architecture & Civil Items . • Preparing Budget cost for Architecture & Civil Items. • preparation of project construction methodology . • Preparing the Technical Packages for subcontractors (Request for quotations) • Technical and Financial comparison between Subcontractors quotations . • Negotiating with subcontractors to get best prices . • Follow up for quantity surveyors team .
