• Job Details:Provide on-site support for product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Address operational issues like scaling, corrosion, or fouling in water systems. conduct laboratory and field tests to determine the efficacy of water treatment chemicals. Optimize product dosages to meet performance standards and cost efficiency. Analyze water chemistry and recommend adjustments to treatment plans. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Prepare technical reports and presentations to explain treatment processes and results Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client interactions. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding the application of production chemicals in upstream operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of production chemicals, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Identify and resolve issues related to chemical applications in the field. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, performance data, and client interactions. Ensure all chemical applications comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
