• Job Details:• Perform regular follow up on Reps’ punctuality (login, logout, breaks & attendance). • Participate in the team’s performance appraisal (HOW & What). • Coach and motivate team members to reach set targets with high quality. • Hold regular meetings with team to strengthen communication & ensure that the same objectives are shared among all • Prepare the daily performance reports for the team • Perform weekly one to one sessions with team members • Prepare the overtime sheets on a monthly basis & maintain a record for the annual, sick & emergency leaves • Handling the shift opration. • Assist team members in handling different inquires and complaints. • Ensure accuracy of content by continuously updating data and spot checking accuracy • Prepare the daily reports for the department. • Check, regularly, the mail for new information replying back effectively & efficiently. • Escalate, properly, problems to the right channels as and when required. • Feedback customer’s opinion to related departments...
