• Job Details:• Increase daily and monthly limit (Purchase, Withdrawal and E-commerce) for customers. • Replace, issue new cards and reissue pin for CBE (Central Bank of Egypt). • Solve customer issues concerning prepaid and debit cards. • Following test scripts, integration test position load sets with ATM application software in a simulated online environment documenting results and working through all issues. • Manage software and/or hardware defects between our organization and the ATM manufacturers for proper resolution. • One of the development team of CCMS (Cash & Currency Management System) which monitor & analyze cash flow over ATMs network. • Provide trouble shooting support on the system’s software and hardware using department available tools and resources. • See through data and analyze it to find new conclusions based on the findings. • Installation & implementation of the new release and enhancements of ATM switch. • Document new ATM software installation and upgrade processes • Develop Integration test scripts and plans for testing ATM devices to ensure requirements are fully meet.
