• Job Details:A- Implement Project Quality Plan (comply with ISO 9001) in accordance with Contract Specifications, Relevant Codes and Standards. B- Review design drawings versus contract specifications and relevant codes and standards C- Review (Civil, Mech., Eelc., I & C, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Painting) Subcontractors’ Quality Plans (Method Statements, Inspection and Testing Plans, etc,) modify to comply with project specifications and relevant Codes, Standards & Contract Quality Plan. D- Supervise Material approval method from Client. E- Liaison with Manufacturers, Vendor Site Representatives., Suppliers, etc, during compliance Conformation, Material & Equipment delivery, Erection, Commissioning & Start-up, and during Liability & Warranty period. F- Supervise Open Pack Inspection (OPI) for delivered Material and Equipment, Initiate Non-Conformity Report for Damaged, Shortshipped, and/or Quality Mismatch Material if require. Communicate with Material Management, Initiate and update OPI register to include all Non-conformity cases, and Back Charge Claims. G- Work closely with Project Mgr, Site Mgr, Construction Mgr, Contract Mgr, Material Mgr, Tech. Mgr, Admin Mgr, Civil, Mechanical, Elec., I&C Superintendent for site activities coordination & Quality Issues. H- Supervise EHS team for applying OHSAS 14001 & 18000 plan, highlight site EHS issues and follow-up rectifications. Evaluate EHS team performance. I- Auditing special & Critical inspections for Civil (Lab Test for Grout & Concrete Crashing, Soil Compaction, etc) , Mechanical (Pipelines & Pressurized Vessels Welding [WPS, PQR, WQR, NDT], Hydro & Air Pressure Tests, Spark & Holiday Tests, Bolts & Nuts Torque, Rotating Equipment Installation & Alignments, etc), Electrical (Cable, Panels, MCC, SG etc., Erection, Testing, Short Circuit & Relay Coordination adjustments, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Power-In, etc) Instrument & Control ( I&C Calibration, Erection, Loop check, Function Tests, Pre-Comm. & Commissioning & Start-up). J- Strong leadership to manage and coordinate QA/QC team and activates with the Client & Subcontractors K- Supervise QA/QC document Arrangement and Filing system. L- Leading QA/QC Civil, Steel Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Site Engineers & Inspectors to do the followings: 1) Enforce and Apply Site Quality Plan. 2) Performing OPI inspection for site arrival material & equipment. 3) Performing Quality inspection for in-going Construction activities. 4) Performing Ready for Inspection (RFI) activities with the Client & Subcontractor QA/QC & Site Construction Engineers. 5) Identify, classify, and keep Record of Punch List Items & supervise relevant Subcontractor for Punch List Clarifications. M- Initiate Construction Mechanical Completion Certificate to Subcontractors. N- Supervise Commissioning & Start-up for site wide Equipment & Systems O- Supervise 6 months and 2 years Spare Parts hand over to the Client. P- Collect & Manage all Client Approved Material, Vendors, Suppliers & Subcontractors Certificates. Q- Manage Technical Quires, Non-Conformities, Site Damages, Surveillance, etc. Reports R- Perform External & Internal Quality Audits, Issue NCRs (Site NCRs, Site to Manufacturer NCRs), Surveillance & Damage Reports. S- Response to all QA/QC communications from all levels (High Management, Client, Vendor, Suppliers & Subcontractors) T- Prepare, Discuss & Submit to the Client, Project Hand-Over Documents and Final Certificates as per contract requirements. U- Participate in Back Charge Claims (Shortages, Non conformed, Damaged Material & Equipments during delivery, Erection, Testing) V- Participate in Client, Management & Subcontractors meetings, having good communication with all levels. W- Successful ISO Certificate Annual re-new. X- Manage all Warranty & Reliability requirements during Reliability period. Y- Supervise Programmed Shut-Down Inspections for Power Generation and Distillate Plant Equipment. Z- Supervise End of Guarantee Overhaul for all Project facilities and Equipments. Engineering, Installation, Client Consultant of Gas Turbine Systems for O&G Project Full Time

• Job Details:1- Prepare, Approve from the Client, and Implement GE Site Quality Plan. 2- Approve Subcontractors’ Quality plan. 3- Supervise / Perform Site Inspection for arrived material and verify against shipping lists & relevant specifications. 4- Supervise site Ready for Inspection Activates (RFI) with Client & Subcontractors’ Rep. 5- Supervise Pipelines Welding (WPS, PQR, WQR), NDT Inspection (Visual, Dimensions, Magnetic, Dye Pen, Borescope, Ultrasonic, Radiographic), and Hydrotests & Air Pressure Tests. 6- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Inst. & Controls erections of the Gas Turbines & relevant systems, Motor Generators, Gas Compressors, and other accessories and auxiliaries. 7- Supervise the tie-in connections between GE Equipment & Processing Pipelines and Equipment. 8- Supervise Critical Activities like Static & Rotating Equipment Alignment (Easy Laser/Dial Gauges), Soft Foot Check, Coupling Installation & Torque, Lube Oil Filtration & Purification, Safety Valves Testing and Calibration, Electrical Protection Devices calibration and adjustments, Power-On preparations, Gas Turbine (Cranking-Solo Run- Load & Performance Tests), Co2 Fire Fighting System tests, Gas-In, etc. 9- Preparation and file keeping of Red Flag Files (Site Critical Activities) for Client signature and Hand-Over. 10- Preparation and file keeping of Quality documents. 11- Supervise preparation and hand-over of As Built Drawings; reflecting all the changes to GE original Documents, and Submitted to the Client. 12- Participate in EHS activities specially Risk Assessment, EHS Walk about in the Construction Site. 13- Incorporate to Client & Subcontractor Inquiries. 14- Issue NCRs, Damage Reports, Surveillance Reports when Applicable. 15- Perform Internal Audit to all of GE & Subcontractors’ Site departments 16- Incorporate to Client Audit. 17- Perform Quality Inspection for all Site Fabrication.

Sea Gas Liquefied Natural Gas Plant (LNG)Full Time

• Job Details:1- Review project specifications, related codes and standard design drawings. 2- Review Manufacturer documents. 3- Review Installation Shop Drawings and made the relevant comments (if any) 4- Carry out QA/QC Inspection Procedures with relevant Manufacturer Rep. & Installation Subcontractors with aid of project & manufacturers’ specification and approved Shop drawings. 5- Inspect and approve site delivered material prior site usage. 6- Produce a construction Punch-List for construction & Installation of the Units 7- Participate in Commissioning & Start-up step by step procedure. 8- Participate in the meetings related to the relevant scope of work 9- Preparing & Submit to the Client Loop Folders for Instrument & Control Systems. 10- Respond to Client Punch-Lists & Queries related to the scope of work 11- Issue Field Inspection Report (FIR) Non-Conform reports (NCR) when applicable. 12- Internal & External Auditing. 13- Successful ISO Certificate Annual re-news
