• Job Details:Product Design and Preparation for Manufacturing. • Product Design [sheet metals products and plastic products] • Design Required Dies for manufacturing that product • Follow up all works in workshop till the technical works are all be done. • Test all manufacturing processes and dies and solve all appeared problems. • Programming 3D Model in Power Mill and applying good surface finish. • Machining Materials on Wire EDM & CNC Machines and Fiber laser machine.

Workshop EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Working as Workshop Engineer / R&D Engineer at "Tuborco Steel Pipes Co" (from 9/2018 to 9/2021) Leading large workshop with 20 technician and operator.  Mechanical Design, Simulation using FEM and CFD, validation and Shop drawing.  Programing CNC lathes, millings and EMD wire-cut machines.  Operation of electrical and vacuum furnace for steel heat treatment.  Programing and Operation of fiber laser machine for cutting carbon and galvanize steel.  Materials selection, purchasing, sorting and storing.  Maintenance planning, spare parts modification, repairing and manufacturing.  Reporting KPI’s, daily working plan, production lines working efficiency, maintenance and down times directly to the Chairman.
