• Job Details:Position: construction manager. ▪ Owner: NEOM ▪ Consultant: AECOM ▪ Project: Neom - multipurpose (hall, meeting rooms, assembly rooms, auditorium and service building) and Neom_Exhibition Centre (museum). Tasks : o Monitoring all activities in site. o management and coordination between all disciplines. o Preparing the project schedule to ensure that the works are completed before the deadline. o Providing the technical solutions to the work team. o Preparing and submitting all reports of(production rates, daily, weekly, monthly). o Providing and managing the contracts of suppliers and subcontractors. o Following-up and coordinate with the consultant. o The productivity of the subcontractors was monitored and the quality of the executed works was ensured that its compliance with the contracting requirements and the project schedule.

• Job Details:The project: Construction of specialized hospital (500) beds. in(Jizan city - saudi Arabia ) It consists of main building  (basement and 6 floor) the horizontal area is  38 thousand M² & service building is (mosque, generator, chilled area, pump, boiler, medical gas, warehouse, medical work shop, electric,mechanical) building and site development The foundation is raft based on piles. Total cost is 900 millions(SR).
