Facilities & Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Achievements/Tasks  Overseeing and agreeing Facility maintenance contracts with our Clients including HVAC system, water cooling system, water treatment, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Compressors, Chillers, Transformers, Main Electrical Panels  Overseeing and agreeing maintenance contracts with our Clients of The Sheet Metal Machines including CNC Press brakes, Hydraulic Shears, CNC Punching machines, Laser cutting machines.  Track expenses and oversee the budget for different Facilities and machines maintenance.  Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.  Plan and manage all installation activities for New Machines.  Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.  Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities with other departments and external clients.  Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in building.

Facilities & Maintenance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Achievements/Tasks  Schedule contractors for Facility maintenance including HVAC, Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Elevators and Electrical Panels.  Maintain all machinery (Plastic injection machines, Automation lines, compressors, Chillers, Paint line, Utilities machines) to ensure it’s at working standards.  Develop standard operating procedures for all maintenance including PM and predictive maintenance.  Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.  Plan and manage all installation activities for New Projects.  Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.  Conducting employee performance reviews.  Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.  Participating in senior management meetings  Responding quickly to any emergencies  Executing daily operations of the maintenance department across 3 shifts.

• Job Details:Achievements/Tasks  Input and Responsibility for maintenance budgets  Set Departments objectives/KPIs  Motivate and coach maintenance team to operational success  Maintain all machinery (Refrigerator assembly line, Foam injection machines, CNC Punching machines, Press brakes, Thermoforming machines and Utilities machines) to ensure it’s at working standards.  Travel to Taiwan for test the new machines of new projects
