Maintenance PlannerFull Time

• Job Details:• Create and Modify Functional Location, Equipment & Work Centre as per the requirement. • Generate various reports such as Plant PM Compliance, Time Confirmation, Shift Orders, Breakdown & incident orders, Material Consumption Report etc. • Upload and verify documents in SAP as per the Department’s requirement. • Communicate & Support the department personnel as and when needed and also provide individual or classroom training based on the requirement. • Study new equipments in the organization and assist in creating Functional Locations, Equipments and Material lists. • Carry out Asset Management procedures to review the health of various assets and take appropriate steps as per the requirement. • Review and suggest Capital Expenditure Projects to the department for improvement and sustenance of the plant. • Create & Modify Notifications, Work Orders and Time Confirmation. • Worked on Business Scenarios like Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) • Capacity leveling. • Create new material numbers or change material properties in SAP as per the requirement. • Create PR’s for Non Stock Item; carry out technical evaluation of bids and approval thereof. • Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of material and services. • Stock Overview, Goods Movement & GRN. • Material Inspection, Invoice Verification and approval. • Assess Stock levels and suggest new levels based on consumption pattern and company requirements. • Reviewing of tendering/contract procedures, reviewing of contractor pre qualification, contract controls, preparation of approval for variation orders, attending contractor meetings, quality procedures follow up and implementation there upon.

Mechanical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Design and Drafting, including specialized tools as per project requirement. • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on approved designs, availability of ship and labor. • Design Modification. • Specialized design for ship barge.

Piping Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Preparation of Material Take Off. • Isometric Control. • Co-ordination for solving design issues. • Assist Lead Engineer in drawing verification.
