• Job Details:I just completed 3 months internship program at Pinerium IT Solutions as Zoho ERP Implementer. Where I was learning and applying business analysis with clients to gather their requirements and working on customizing software apps according to these requirements. Depending on PMP principles ( which I completed a PMP course as a part of internship), We were using agile methodology to manage projects. In addition to contacting Zoho vendor technical team via official emails to validate requirements applicability, asking to enable some backend functions or fix bugs.
