• Job Details:Perform the configuration (implementation) tasks. Identify business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities. Create a detailed business analysis, problems, opportunities, and solutions. Make sure that development is aligned with requirements. Test new developments before publishing. Write user stories, and BRDs and manage the solution features backlog. Train the employees in using the system effectively and efficiently. Gather required reports that need to be developed. Present technical demos for new clients and try to near the distance between company abilities and clients' needs.

• Job Details:o Aid in adopting new ways of working. o Analyze the current business process and pin-point where the business process needs enhancements. o Ensure process documentation is up to date. o Communicate the business process to employees clearly Ensure all commercial departments are compliant with the business process. o Ensure cross-functional processes are running smoothly. o Implement the business process on Zoho Platform. o Make sure users are fully aware of the apps & their usage Troubleshoot & support if errors/bugs happen to take place awareness sessions. o Make sure user privileges and roles are well-defined on each app. o Make sure data entered on the system is clean data. o Add and Remove users.
