• Job Details: Vodafone Shared Services India April 2016 — Oct 2017 Business Analyst -Identity & Access Management Roles and Responsibilities- SSO Integrations & Releases  On-boarded over 50 applications of three SSO integration methods viz. Legacy SSO system Web agent on webserver, Legacy SSO system Web agent on Reverse Proxy and Federation (SAML 2.0)  Conduct business and system analysis requirements and develop feasible solutions for their systems through document analysis, interviews, and workflow analysis  Lead software and process design changes  Develop an in-depth insight into the issues and data challenges of client’s organization  Created detailed release plan, tracking the release as per plan and coordinating with customer if there is any delay and managing the plan accordingly.  Conducted testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.  Provided input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modification.  Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.  Conducted Weekly status calls with Customer for tracking the release as per plan, creation of Weekly status report of SSO Integrations and sharing the same with Management.
