• Job Details:I worked in the new country in Egypt with a sub-contractor in R5 the project was in building High rise building I was responsible of : • Supervising and direct the direction of the project. • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions. • Ensuring that the client’s specifications are met • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. • Monitor progress of the project and schedule performance • Carry out day-to-day management of the site • Supervise testing and quality activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures and standards • Coordination of work force, materials & equipment, supervision of technicians & crafts men • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
