• Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:  Responsible of the completion of maintenance work and technical operation of all facilities such as: Hard Services (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, FF and Light current systems, and Civil works) and Soft Services (Landscape maintenance, irrigation system, waste management, HK, and pest control works) to preserve the projects infrastructure and the raise efficiency of public facilities and networks to obtain client satisfaction.  Development and execute of facility management strategy and develop effective operational policies & procedures for the facility management system.  Managing value-added services to maximize the profits coming from the operated communities.  Propose alternatives to reduce the operational cost, manage energy consumption and improve sustainability.  Build an asset register for operated communities that comply with CAFM system.  Dealing with SPs companies and outside contractors and following up of SPs contracts and commercial shops contracts.  Follow up and development performance of the SPs companies according to KPIs to maintaining the quality of the services.  Preparing & follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.  Managing the operation and maintenance of STP (Sewage treatment plant).  Preparing the annual budget and record expenses for repairs, maintenance, and All SPs. for good control of the budget and review the costs with HR and Finance monthly to achieving the main objective of the budget.  Managing and resolving the complaints, requests, and suggestions of the clients to reaching high levels of client satisfaction. Projects: Hay Al-Ashgar, Ashgar Heights, Ashgar City & Gardenia Springs.

• Job Details:Responsible for:  Responsible of the completion of maintenance work and technical operation of all facilities in terms of (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, FF and Light current systems, and Civil works) to preserve the projects infrastructure and the raise efficiency of public facilities and networks and to obtain client satisfaction.  Preparing & following up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.  Study of new projects of the company.  Finishing works for shops: (Approval of the technical file & receipt of works).  Prepare the annual budget for each project.
