• Job Details:Assist management in improving the organization's safety culture. Conduct regular warehouse inspections to identify potential hazards, including spills, obstructions, and equipment malfunctions. Ensure appropriate PPE is available and used by employees. Maintain and check functionality of safety equipment like fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Keep detailed records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance activities. Implement guidelines for safe equipment usage, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure competent personnel perform work activities by verifying training records and certifications. Implement permit to work (PTW) system to ensure safe execution of work. Establish safe traffic patterns within warehouses to minimize pedestrian-vehicle interactions. Deliver safety inductions and HSE training to employees and visitors as per training matrix. Liaise with third-party providers for HSE training. Report health, safety, and environmental issues to the HSE manager.
