• Job Details:Conduct research, document, and generate knowledge materials for project deliverables and achievements. • Job Details:Managed the development, implementation, and optimization of project M&E systems. Oversaw and facilitated data collection processes for project indicators and activities. Monitored, reviewed, and ensured the quality of M&E data from key partners and grantees. Collaborated with the M&E manager to analyze collected data and provide insights. Assisted the M&E manager in conducting internal M&E review and revision processes. Assisted the M&E manager in the design and development of M&E annual workplans to ensure compatibility of M&E framework with project activities.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Officer

• Job Details:Developed and implemented M&E systems for project activities. Collected, verified, and reported M&E data in compliance with USAID’s data quality standards. Conducted data analysis and data visualization via Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Developed internal tracking systems and activity monitoring dashboards. Ensured the facilitation of effective learning processes for project activities. Oversaw all data entry processes and promoted quality assurance protocols.
