• Job Details:- Install, implement, and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, training, production, BW, and BOBJ). - Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances (ADS server). - Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects. - Setup SAP security (Authorization / Role / Profiles / Users). - Maintenance of system’s health, and monitor system performance and logs (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). -Configure and maintain SAP system parameters (memory, process, etc.) -Monitor and manage the SAP background, and batch job workload. - Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.). - Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required. - Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages, SAP OSS Notes, and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology. - Planning and implement of SAP system upgrades (Support Packages, Add on, Patches). -Get SAP systems licenses, developer user license, download (kernel, Patches, APP, etc.), and open SAP tickets. - Reading Early Watch report (EWA) and monitor the SAP system health, and performance. - Implement SAP System import and export to migrate data, and Upgrade SAP version (Sybase, Hana). - Database Administration for Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2017 - Configure and install Microsoft SQL Report (SSRS), design reports, create schedule to send reports by email.

Database Administrator Full Time

• Job Details:-Database Administration for SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014. -Preparing the SQL Servers Platforms and Infrastructure including Security Auditing, Management Policies, SQL Alerts, Resource Governor and SQL Jobs. -Implementing the Security Infrastructure including the Application and End User’s Permission, Session Time Restriction and Support Team Permissions. -Implementing Database Encryption by using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). - Monitoring Server activities, CPU and IO Resources Consumption, Resource Waits, and Expensive Queries. -Configuring Healthy Check Reports for the DB’s periodically. -Monitoring the Heavy and Dead Locks and Resolving them. -Configure disaster recovery (DR) Solutions and Cluster Service Implementation. - Creating and managing database maintenance plans and DMV Jobs for (Database consistency, Index defrag/rebuild, update statistics, Log capacity Monitor and Backups). - Configuring the Backup Schedules, and restoring or recovering Data techniques. - Implementing HAG Solutions to insure the High availability of the System. - Building Replication solutions. - Building Data migration solutions for large DBs with no down time. - Managing and deploying the new DB Releases or new DB’s. - Checking the List of Expensive Queries appeared daily and make Performance Enhancement for them by modifying on them to reduce the CPU and IO Cost or adding proper Indexes for the Queries to reduce their time form large number of Minutes to few Millie Seconds. - Make Database Assessment and optimization for the DB Design. - Analysis and Tuning for TSQL Queries before Applying it on Production Environment. - Make Stress Tests for the TSQL Codes and Enhancing them to afford the maximum number of Concurrent Users - Configuring the DB Design to enhance the DB Performance - Enhancing the Performance of Big Data Tables by indexing, Partitioning or Configuring Data Warehousing Solutions Configuring Data Warehousing Solutions -Make Index analysis for the Server’s DB’s to add the missing Indexes and remove the unused one’s to increase the DB Performance

System Analysis and DBAFull Time

• Job Details:-Supporting ERP, Mobile, Web applications, and websites. -System integration management with other companies and partners. -Design, implement, and execute information technology test cases and scripts. -Incident handling and second level support for IT issues. -Technical reporting, documentation, and reports generations. - Analysis new feature in Cash Collector System, mobile app, Web site. - Test Systems, mobile apps, and website after development phase and detect bugs. - Extract reports from Oracle database as same as demand from Service Provider.
