• Job Details:Implementation of monthly plan of solid section by applying cGMP in all production processes. Manufacturing batches, ensuring implementation of cGMP in all production processes. Filling in and signing: -preparation batch records, -time sheets & bulk received vouchers, -and batch data reports. Change assessment reports intervention. Deviation investigation reports preparation. Receiving batches from raw material warehouse. Manufacturing of the batches and follow up primary and secondary packaging lines. Checking primary and secondary packaging materials at "packaging material warehouse" before manufacturing the related batches. Contribution in SOPs updating according to c GMP. Following up implementation CAPA taken after audits. Following up machines maintenance. Annual technicians training on general and specific SOPs. Monitoring microbiological counts according to MB reports.
