Material Management Engineer

• Job Details:Check all detailed design documentation to get the required material. Check the purchasing order specification for required material. Check the purchasing order request for required material and for fabrication, fabrication schedule should be not delaying construction schedule. Check all localization FCR according to availability in local market and coordinate with ASE, AEP, NPPA to approve it. Check NC and coordinate with ASE to approve it. Check the work execution plan and schedule for developing new WEP before starting work. If we find design error in DDD, discuss with AEP to issue FCRs. Check the schedule of fabrication rebar, embedded part, cages and push factories and subcontractors to fabricate everything according to schedule. Check delivery of raw materials for local market or outside of Egypt. Prepare reports regularly. These reports will be used in business review meetings.

Technical Engineer Manager

• Job Details:Project planner (preparing project schedule – follow up the schedule throughout the project). Preparation of all required documents for handover work. Reviewing the specifications and project contracts to determine foreign client requirements. Preparation of the project timeline in collaboration with stakeholder of project. On-site execution supervision according to plans and method of statement. Make sure that the project progresses within schedule, under budget prepare short term plans to meet the project program in case of any delay. Preparation and submission of claims for project updates. Studying tenders in Arabic and English (market research – price analyses – review contract – prepare project plan). Collect and maintain department specific data, metrics and information needed for project management administration and new tenders. To respond to the tender participant's (technical based) questions requests in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare reports regularly. These reports will be used in business review meetings. Coordinating with sub-contractors to achieve all trades within the project quality and schedule.

Planning Engineer Director
