• Job Details:• GL / Reporting - Prepare journal entries and all accounting transaction - Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue - Preparation Financial Statements - Follow up petty cash balance and issue settlements. - Monthly reconciliation of banks (QNB / AUB /Faisal Islamic) • Payable - Prepare journal entries for vendors bills. - Matching between / Vendor bill / Goods received note. - Review vendor bill and match them. - Monitor aged payables. - Weekly reconciliation of vendors - Payments, Cheque withdrawal / Bank out coming transfers. • Receivable - Prepare journal entries for customer invoices- Following up on customer transfer. - Collections, Cheque Deposits / Bank incoming transfers - Review customer accounts statements • Payroll - Review and verification of payroll received from HR- Making accruals for it.
