* Ensure the implementation of proper preventive / corrective actions / improvement initiatives with Quality Assurance to increase customers’ / VIP customers’ satisfaction.
* Ensure execution of tasks as per TE Data established plan, relevant policies and procedures to ensure consistency in handling business cases and achieve targets.
