• Job Details:Train new employees and provide new changes in clients specs. Ensure all the export meet the clients specs and in good temperatures. Ensure daily reports on raw materials utilization and pre harvesting dates are observed according to produce specs. Responsible for monitoring general quality procedures are observed and maintained. Routine monitoring of sharps used are clean and in good condition. Checking quality online and end line. Receiving QC to record quantities and quality received. Addressing clients complaints in relation to quality status. Routine monitoring of hygiene online and end line. Record dispatch reports, pests and rodents reports. Supervisor farm train new employees. Ensure team work manage team performance to achieve the company targets. Supervise harvesting of chilies, beans and sugar snaps. Ensure crops are handled with care during transplanting, harvesting, weeding and planting. Setting different seed variety for trials. Scouting farm scout pest and diseases in beans and chilies. Set pest traps and lures and regularly servicing them. Making reports for scouting and updating spray records.
