• Job Details:To lead and manage Engineering & Consulting company "GEOSOPHY S.S.L.TD". GEOSOPHY S.S.L.TD is a Greek Engineering and Consulting firm aiming at providing services of the highest quality. GEOSOPHY provides integrated technical services spanning the entire field of Construction Management and Supervision. Main responsibilities: 1. Manage sub-contractors including: measurement of sub-contract works, check and approve sub-contractors claims for payment, liaise with sub-contractors to resolve queries, assist with management of sub-contract site administration, settlement of sub-contract final accounts, follow up with client concerning project progress and assist with the preparation of payment milestones schedule. 2. Composition of Certifications and Comparative Tables, Checking quantities submitted by subcontractor and preparing monthly measurement sheets 3. Safety and Health Engineer manager of Subcontractors. 4. Designs handling, document control and correspondence management, preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials. 5. Monitor project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports for the client and management. 6. 3D Laser scanning - FARO FOCUS 3D (surveying method and geometric documentation of superstructures building, tunnels, bridges, dams, buildings, architectural and archaeological monuments, ) Deliverables: -Working 3D Model BIM with Revit 3D Architecture -Mapping existing conditions and ''as built'' -Geometric documentation of the construction -Inspection of open area for passage - designation of obstacle points -Creation of 2D and 3D products (sections, views, 3D models, etc) -Orthophotographs -Geometric documentation in association with theoretical models - Data processing of POINTCLOUD

Site Engineer for the Project: Hellenic Railways Organization (www.ergose.gr): New Double Track Line High speed Railway construction, In charge of Technical Department : • Preparation of BOQ. Manage sub-contractors including: measurement of sub-contract works, check and approve sub-contractors claims for payment, liaise with sub-contractors to resolve queries, assist with management of sub-contract site administration, settlement of sub-contract final accounts, follow up with client concerning project progress and assist with the preparation of payment milestones schedule. • Mapping existing conditions and ''as built'' • Cost analyses, pre-counting and ordering of materials • Coordination of sub-contractors • Health & Safety.
