• Job Details:Manage inventory for ADNOC Logistics and Services, overseeing materials storage, material receipt and distributions. Utilise SAP Fiori system to track stock level, stock balance, stock ordering by ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Procedural implementation of stock control to avoid shrinkage and always ensure accuracy of stock. Instruct riggers to ensure actual issuing and release of specific orders, and follow up with them to ensure proper binning of back load materials. Regular stock check to ensure stock integrity with ADNOC policies. Sending routine stock report record and KPI report for audit. Attending monthly audit meeting to ensure compliance with inventory integrity and outbound materials policy. Email communication between materials end users and email monitoring to ensure orders placed are not missed out. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to streamline supply chain operations to reduce lead time by 10%.

Warehouse Operator

• Job Details:Receiving and checking of inbound and outbound shipments. Help check DN, packing list to ensure accuracy. Periodic and annual warehouse general inventory and physical counting. Sorting of items by batches, lot numbers and expiry dates. Use of computer handheld RF for warehouse operations such as ASN receiving, putaway, LPN moving, standard moving, inventory controls, circuit counts. Direct communication between CSR towards facilitation and quick process of customers' orders and requests. Binning and picking of items from various storage locations. Help in processing clients order for dispatch.
