• Job Details:electrical area manager in oil refinery in cairo ,egypt responsible for a. Supervision and following up of the site erection ,testing and commissioning activities as following Power block & buildings:- Installation of MV/LVSWGR, Transformers, bus duct, Panels & Cubicles (6.6 kv and 400 V). Installation of all Electrical works related to the buildings ( Earthing,Lighting ,Telecom,Fire alarm, access control.) Process field Infrastructure electrical work ( earthing, duct banks, ELP conduit , Cathodic protection…….) Electrical Equipment installation, A/G raceway,MV and LV cable pulling and termination Lighting system, Electrical Heat Tracing, Telecommunication & Fire alarm system. b. Review and evaluate the MOS & TRA of the subcontractors (PTJ,ENPPI,SIAC and orascom). c. Material Estimation & Preparing the BOQ. d. Determine manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for each activity. e. Site Inspection and Testing of all electrical Installation to comply with project specifications and approved ITP (MV & LV motors ,panels ,drivers ,….). f. Following pre-commissioning activities for the process and substations g. Operation and maintenance of electrical substation related to utility area.
