• Job Details:Assets control Revise and follow up -using standard accounting practices to record and track all transactions related to the company's assets, including any tagging or labeling of the items, and maintaining the database of inventory of these assets. -Recording depreciation manage any property tax or other taxation related to the assets . - The daily activities of a fixed asset controller typically involve use of spreadsheets, accounting software, and one or more database applications. -recording any acquisitions or sales of fixed assets and their depreciation, filing any forms related to the transactions, prepare financial statements or reports for management, and ensure the protection of those assets and the accuracy of the record-keeping. Cash Audit -Making sure the right amount of cash is in the right accounts on a daily basis - Revise day-to-day cash management is about ensuring that funds are available to meet business needs, not actually making payments to vendors and employees -Working with senior management to set financial strategy related to capital structure and then executing that strategy
