Quality assurance: develop and implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee that all products meet the ASME standards and specifications. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. Safety management: lead initiatives to promote a safety-first culture within the organization. Design and implement health and safety programs that align with OSHA regulations and ASME safety guidelines. Risk assessment: conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses for all operational processes, identifying potential safety and quality risks, and recommending mitigation strategies. Non-destructive testing (NDT): supervise and coordinate NDT processes, ensuring that inspection techniques adhere to ASME standards to verify the integrity and reliability of pressure vessels and other critical components. Incident investigation: manage investigations of safety incidents and near misses, employing root cause analysis to develop corrective actions and prevent future occurrences. Documentation and reporting: maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, safety audits, and compliance reports. Prepare and present regular reports to management on quality performance, safety metrics, and areas for improvement.
