Account Specialist

• Job Details:Preparing & review financial statements – P&L, trial balance, balance sheet at the end of every month; accounts - month end processing (incl - provisions, accruals & depreciations); cash and fund flow statements matching with revenues & net profit; handling financial accounting process until finalization; handling payroll processing (transfers under WPS); preparation of receivables & payables management reports; preparation & updating of statement of accounts for all the clients; bank & creditor’s reconciliations; review & submission of customer’s invoices; calculating food costs & operational expenses; assisting to audit process; updating monthly sales forecast, stock inventory; handling of petty cash fund, monitoring & entries for all cash expenses; preparation of invoices, quotations, purchase orders & monthly age wise report; verifying revenues, expenses & costs & updating to finance controller; post all entries of purchases, sales, receipt voucher & cash/cheque payments.
