• Job Details:- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks. - Research and identify potential suppliers, vendors, and service providers. - Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies. - Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. - Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation - Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications - Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets - Identify opportunities for cost savings - Issuing Form4 & LC with Finance - Following Up Foreign Payment s & Transfers to vendors - Issuing &reviewing Yearly Contracts with Solo vendors - Tracking of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs of the Purchased Items - Selecting carriers /Freight Forwarders and negotiating contracts and rates - Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries - Uploading Shipment’s Documents Through Nafeeza - Following up with NTRA - Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers - Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations - Determining the Local Charges “ Customs , Vat , Duties “ For any planned imported Shipment till receiving it in warehouse - Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

• Job Details:- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain. Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production. Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes. Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution. Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that products are shipped on time and within budget. Ensuring that all materials meet safety and quality standards. Coordinating with vendors to obtain pricing information and place orders. Reporting any issues with quality control or shipping procedures to management Manage the performance and development of the Supply Chain team. Handling all the Logistics Procedures for Import & Export Shipment Comparing all the Shipping Charges & Determine the best Incoterm that meets the Shipping Budget & The Committed Delivery Date with the End-Customer Handling All the Custom Clearance Procedures including “ACID Number “ Finalizing all the Shipping Documentation for any imported Shipment for Smooth Clearance Execute, Review Financial Contract with Local & Foreign Vendors
