• Job Details:• Established cost accounting in the ELALF, Atlas Agro subsidiaries and achieved the « Zero Difference » policy between general and cost accounting. • Developed a system that justifies with 100% accuracy the relationship between the evolutions of the following key figures: sales price, cost price and margin. • Coordinated between the different departments to establish the annual budget and ensure no unjustified difference between provisional and actual budgets • Benchmarked the figures above between the both subsidiaries. • Attained the goal of providing cost accounting reports simultaneously with the financial reports. SAP Business One administrator and Project Manager: • Initiated the SAP B1 project and coordinated its implementation in the following areas: purchasing, production, sales, general accounts and cost accounting. • Duplicated the implementation of SAP B1 project at Agro Atlas subsidiary after the merge between ZALAGH Group and Atlas Group. • Achieved the 95% using standard SAP function target. • Successfully introduced three upgrades to the initial SAP project.
